Yoga on the Terrace Returns – Rollout your Mat by the Seaside

The first moments of each day are really precious. It’s a time where we can influence how we are going to think, act and respond for the rest of the day, even if its a day lazying on the beach, hiking around the Cornwall Coast or surfing. So it makes sense to make time for something positive and inspiring.
Our morning yoga classes have been so popular over the last two summers we are pleased to annouce that these gentle, life-affirming sessions will be returning.
Daily yoga sessions (weather permitting) will start on 1st August untill 2nd September. And will be held from 9-10am on the terrace.  And afterwards brunch is available, for those who would like to refuel ready for the day ahead.
Sessions will be taught by Julie Stone, from Land’s End Yoga. Julie teaches a blend of yoga styles, having practised Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha traditions for many years. Based in Cornwall, she draws inspiration from the landscape, and to focusses on the therapeutic and rehabilitative power of yoga and its ability to enhance all aspects of life. She infuses her practice with compassion and humour, encouraging students to think of their relationship with yoga as a personal lifelong journey.
The sessions are suitable for all abilities.  There is no need to book – just turn up.  Bring your own mat if possible (however, some will be available) and individual sessions on the terrace can be requested.
Yoga has a myriad of benefits no matter what time of the day we practice. But there’s just something profoundly special about rolling out your mat at the start of the day by the seaside.
